Vote now for your transfer company of the year

Hot on the heels of yesterday’s launch of the “Transportation Industry Champion of Today” public vote, today sees the “Transportation Company of the Year – National” category, sponsored by Groundsure, whose shortlist has been revealed.

Introduced for the British Conveyancing Awards 2022 ceremony, ‘Conveyancing Firm of the Year – National’ sought to recognize companies that conveyancings consider to be the best to work with on the other side of the transaction. The companies that

  • go beyond to make a difference;
  • take proactive steps to work with other transfer agents to facilitate transactions; and
  • have work methods that allow all parties to the transaction to be aware of the progress.

The nomination process saw more than 50 companies nominated by transfer agents across the country for consideration. Five companies made the final assembly and are:

  • A transfer
  • Faithful & Pepper
  • Hek Jones Lawyers
  • Sort Legal
  • Thomas Legal

Public voting now opens and transfer agents are invited to vote for their ‘Transfer Company of the Year – National’.

Along with the data collected during the nomination process, data provided by The Conveyancing Map was used to help establish the final shortlist. Commenting on companies that have done so Malcolm Smith, Chief Operating Officer at Groundsure said

“The response to the nominations has been fantastic and there are many, many worthy candidates to make the shortlist. Reaching Final 5 has not been easy and the competition is intense.

“These companies are here because of a complete combination of service excellence, efficiency in completion and focus on business development. We wish them all the best of luck as we enter the final round of voting, where you decide who the pick of the group is.

David Opie, Managing Director of Today Mediaadd the prize organizers

“There was some trepidation in taking a ‘hands off’ approach to this award, but we were rewarded with a fantastic response from transportation agents across the country who made the creation of a shortlist very difficult.”
